I have been reading quite a bit about the high antioxidant type diet. The results certainly show, but it is not necessarily the cheapest diet, especially if one is eating organic veggies and fruits in the amounts they are talking about. To make it affordable one must add some *really* high antioxidant foods. And I think raw cacao is one of the highest.
